We are in need of a motivated Computer Hardware Engineer to support our Mission Technologies Division, which has over 100 facilities worldwide and provides capabilities to support an all-domain force that includes artificial intelligence and machine learning, autonomous systems, critical nuclear operations, LVC systems, cyberspace strategies, and platform modernization.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Provides functional technical expertise to the development and integration of developed capabilities into mission-partner environments. Efforts include computer hardware engineering expertise to requirements definition, design, development, integration, prototyping, testing, and production support. Provides computer hardware engineering oversight to academia and innovation developers in the development of technical solutions and supporting documentation.
• Full lifecycle application development. Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis.
• Testing and quality assurance. Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
• Support, maintain and document functionality. Integrate software with existing systems.
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical test equipment and components.
• Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
• Test experience with signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Physical Requirements
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
