In this role you will get to work with a team of C-UAS professionals ensuring that the operational aspects of the programWhat You'll Be Doing:

Managing 19 personnel to include Mangers, Technicians, and Operators deployed in 5 different locations.

Developing Standard Operational Procedures for C-UAS Watch-Standers

Developing Concept of Operation documents for new system deployments and upgrades.

Review and approved C-UAS watch schedules

Review and route Travel Requests

Attend weekly meetings with the travel department to work through pre-travel requirements

Hold weekly meetings with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure all equipment maintains the appropriate

Reviewing documents developed by the operations team for technical accuracy and completeness.

Review daily C-UAS operational logs and system logs for completeness.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Master's degree in engineering management/Business Management with 2 years of experience, bachelor's degree in engineering/business with 5 years of experience. or 15 years of experience managing operations and maintenance.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
