Description We are in the process of hiring a Customer Service Representative based in Alexandria, Virginia, United States. The core function of this role involves customer service in a call center environment, with a focus on answering inbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate account information to customers Manage email correspondence with customers, addressing their queries and concerns Direct calls to appropriate departments when necessary Maintain up-to-date customer records with high attention to detail Process customer orders and schedule appointments as required Ensure all inbound and outbound calls are handled professionally and efficiently Use your customer service skills to ensure a positive customer experience Accurately enter customer data and other information into the company system.
