Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.Essential Job FunctionsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs as needed. (25% time) Performs plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using methods that include soldering, brazing silver, PVC, CPVC and fittings. (10% time) Resets, replaces breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; prevent and trouble shoot possible electric hazards. (20% time) Completes preventative programs on all systems such as HVAC, boilers, pool certification etc. (20% time) Complete repairs on interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings or texture and painting. (10% time) Maintains the unit readiness, ensuring everything is in working order. (5% time) Assist with unit inspections. (5% time) Perform other duties as needed (5% time)Travel RequirementsNo travel requirements for this roleMinimum Requirements and QualificationsEducation

High school diploma or equivalent

EPA certification required

HVAC certification preferred

CPO certification preferred

Training requirements

Technical training 1-2 years

Basic landscape training 1-2 years

HVAC training preferred

Plumping training preferred

Training in all hand and mechanical tools

Safety training experience preferred

Knowledge and skills

Ability to complete work orders

Ability to take direction and complete tasks

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments

Basic computer, tablet skills required

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to maintain composure under pressure environments

Technical Skills

Basic PC skills preferred

Job experience

2 years related maintenance experience is required
