Our client is seeking a Full-time Team Foundation Server (TFS) Administrator
Secret Clearance and IAT Level II Cert Required
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:
Design, develop, install, test and document application software.
Serve as the SCRUM Master during development Sprints
Provide expertise in customization of TFS Work Items Types, Process Templates, Build Scripts, deployment Scripts, Work Areas and Iterations for application design team.
Design, document, implement and maintain scripts to enhance current build and release processes.
Configure application builds and automated deployments using the TFS Build and release features.
Enhance the existing TFS architecture, configuration, procedures and processes to provide a more robust, dependable and flexible system.
Complete Sprint deliverables and provide to the customer
Maintain understanding of major tasks, deliverables, and formal application delivery methodologies; utilize these in order to deliver new or enhanced applications.
Assess and monitor organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Communicate accurate and useful status updates with Senior Developers and the design team. Document progress.
Perform other related duties/tasks as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of Agile Processes i.e. (SCRUM, XP)
Excellent knowledge of TFS Power Tools and WIT admin command line
Excellent knowledge of Visual Studio
Excellent knowledge of XML
Excellent customer service skills with strong customer focus.
Must have excellent knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external is required; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in TFS (Team Foundation Server) administration.
Must possess an active Secret clearance and be eligible for Top Secret
IAT Level II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) required on date of hire
Demonstrated work experience with TFS 2018.
Demonstrated work experience on installation and configuration of TFS servers
Experience in configuring TFS with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)/Active Directory & rule based access.
