The UX Analyst will be expected to work closely with an Agile web application team and also an active member of the Enterprise UX Team.

Responsibilities include:
1. Web Application Team Support
Analyze user behaviors and translate user requirements into interactive wireframes.
Create and update wireframes based on user and stakeholder feedback.
Ensure all wireframes and developed screens are following Enterprise UX standards and work to add to those standards in cases where none yet exist.
Ensure intuitive design is applied to the wireframes and is successfully implemented by the development team, including reviews of developed screens in the test environment.
Manage and support user feedback collection and analysis activities, including usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and interviews for various systems.
Present output, trends, and recommendations from user feedback activities to the client.
Interact with multiple application teams and clients to understand and support the implementation of requirements.
Analyze survey data to assess system usage, identify user behavioral patterns, and recommend improvements to current interactions.
2. Enterprise UX Team Support
Research, write, and participate in peer-review for UX guidelines.
Provide ad-hoc support requests for UX analysis and research activities for teams without a dedicated UX resource.

Required Skills:
6+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree is required. Commensurate experience for education.
Experience in User Experience, Human-computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, or related area
Ability to recommend the best user experience possible while taking into account technical feasibility and business goals
Experience with creating and documenting information design concepts and solutions by various means, including wireframes, prototypes, and task flow diagrams
Proficiency in Axure to develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
Experience with usability testing, including preparing test plans and associated wireframes, facilitating test sessions, analyzing data, and reporting and presenting results
Knowledge of creating, managing, and supporting user experience and feedback activities including surveys, card sorting and interviews
Experience working with an Agile team
Ability to prioritize issues, meet deadlines, and balance speed and quality
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Must be willing to commute to client office in Alexandria up to 3 days a week (after the stay-at-home order ends)

Preferred Skills:
Possession of excellent analytical skills regarding the observation of user behavior and industry best practices
Experience with expert or heuristic reviews, personas, and journey mapping
Experience documenting design patterns as style guides, pattern libraries, or design systems (preferably in Sketch)
Experience with US Web Design System (USWDS)
