Zero Trust Project Manager

KMSKoniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Zero Trust Project Coordinator with an active TS/SCI security clearance to support KMS and our government customer at the Mark Center, Alexandria, VA. Leads large projects or significant segment of large complex projects.

Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.

Responsible for coordinating aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.

Takes projects from concept through final implementation.

Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, stakeholders, and project sponsor.

Assists in generating acquisition documentation required for submittal to government contracting office.

Reviews requirements to define project scope and objectives.

Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.

Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

Provides technical and analytical guidance / recommendations to the project team.

Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

Required Qualifications:

BS / BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Program Management, or other related disciplines; Relevant experience can be substituted for education.

Must be a US Citizen, hold a current DoD Top Secret Clearance.

5+ years of experience and direct supervision of technical project management, project integration or telecommunications management

Microsoft Office Specialist or equivalent experience in applicable Office product (Office 365 and 2019)

Demonstrated experience with Confluence.

Demonstrated experience with managing projects in JIRA.

Knowledge of government acquisition and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Good to Have:

MS / MA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Program Management, or other related disciplines.
