Description We are offering a role in the service industry located in Arlington, Virginia, United States. This role focuses on administrative functions and provides clerical administrative support, including answering phones, office support, project assistance, customer service, data entry, and scheduling. The position is a temporary contract.Responsibilities: Managing clerical tasks such as filing and data entry Answering phones and providing office support Assisting with various projects as needed Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Managing and organizing schedules for the team Using administrative office skills to ensure smooth operation of the office Tracking project progress and providing updates as necessary Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements Proficient in Filing and Data Entry tasks to ensure organized record keeping. Capable of effectively managing Project Tracking to oversee project progression and meet deadlines. Experience in Administrative Office tasks, including managing supplies, handling correspondence and maintaining office systems. Demonstrated ability in Scheduling, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel to ensure smooth operations. Strong communications and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members, clients and suppliers. Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in a service industry setting is highly desirable. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy to deliver high-quality work. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and scanners. Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
