Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world. The Business Development Representative is responsible for providing strategic marketing advice and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales and awareness of our IT products and services. Create and implement effective marketing plans that will resonate with Planate consumers.Our salary range, based on the market data, is $15 - $20 per hour + bonus.This will be a remote assignment but may require occasional travel to Planate office, if needed.Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales of our SEAC services and products in U.S.A.
Doing outbound calls/Cold Calls
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in U.S.A.
Analyze data and market research to develop marketing strategies that meet business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns, including creative, product, and sales teams
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners
Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making recommendations for future improvements
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all marketing initiatives
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Proven track record of sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable and flexible with routinely shifting demands and responsibilities
A high degree of attention to detail
