BryceTech is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support National Guard Bureau executive workflow operations and organizational process improvement initiatives. This position will help streamline staff action management processes, improve workflow efficiency, and support enterprise collaboration tools used by senior leadership organizations.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, evaluate, and improve executive workflow and staff action management processesAssess current business practices and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectivenessSupport management of electronic tasking and correspondence tracking systemsDevelop process maps, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and performance metricsIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process optimizationSupport governance processes, records management, and executive information management activitiesAssist with SharePoint administration, collaboration tools, and knowledge management initiativesTrack organizational performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for leadershipFacilitate meetings, working groups, and process improvement initiativesDevelop training materials and provide user support for workflow systems and business processes
