Requires anactive TS/SCI SecurityClearancePosition Summary:We are looking for a Junior-level Custom Media Production Specialist that hasexperienceassisting customers in determining the best and most viabledata/product combinations to meet their remotedataordatasharing needs and to provide thatNGAGEOINT content on the necessary/best optical media type(s) (CD/DVD/Blu-ray or external hard drives) for customers and/or partners world-wide. These positions provide direct support to customers through the electronic transfer and delivery of Foundation GEOINT content on various media forms. They shall participate in the full life-cycle of each order from initial customer contact, through shipment and confirmation of delivery receipt.The Custom Media Production Specialist will support a team in Arnold, Missouri.Responsibilities:

Hard drives with custom Foundation GEOINT or NCL imagery in accordance with customer requested timeline, or Agency Mission Essential Task List (AMETL) requirement of 30 days from receipt.

Weekly metrics reports for Custom Media orders shipped and received.

Fulfill Digital Vertical Obstruction File (DVOF) recurring orders in accordance with 28-day Aeronautical Information Regulation and Control (AIRAC) cycle.

Monthly updates to standard gold-copy hard drives o Weekly or bi-weekly updates to crisisdatagold-copy hard drives as dictated by Government point of contact (GPOC). (Only during times of an active crisis).

Annual review of all program-related SOPs and work instructions, as well as ad-hoc reviews in the event of any substantial change to processes/procedures.

Custom tools/scriptsto allow for the retrieval of Foundation GEOINT content from theNGAGateway and/or future cloud-based or on-prem repositories.

Updates/fixes to existing tools and code as required to support Custom Media production.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of relevantexperience(A combination of years ofexperienceand professional certifications/trainings can be used in conjunction with adegree)

- Experiencein acquiring, replicating, and disseminating largedatasets on removeable media and archiving, and troubleshooting thosedataon those media.

- Familiarity with conducting media transfers.

- Knowledge and understanding of at least two of the following geospatial/geographic/cartographic products anddatatypes:

- Maps and Charts - e.g. Commercial, US Geological Survey (USGS), and/or nautical and aeronautical charts

- Elevation data- e.g. Synthetic Aperture Radar and topographic and stereoscopic

- Imagery products- e.g. Controlled Imagery, Commercial Orthorectified Imagery

- Vectordata- e.g. TDS, MGCP, FFD, and/or Harborview

- Vertical Obstructiondatasets.

- Knowledge of satellite imagery systems (Commercial) and related information libraries.

- Knowledge of the geospatial software systems (i.e. FalconView, Global Mapper,ArcGIS, ArcPRO), and theirdata.

- Demonstrated Customer Service and cross-organizational collaboration

- Demonstratedexperiencewith process improvement techniques

- Experiencefollowng, writing, and maintaining SOPs, CONOPS, and other process documents
