Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureCustomer Project ManagerAs the Customer Project Manager, you will advise Government representatives on the identification, management, and maintenance of operating sites, information systems, while performing the duties of customer liaison in support of government programs. The Customer Project Manager will interface between government Departments and Agencies to facilitate support of IT operations.Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support the customer in developing comprehensive requirement documents to support mission needs.

Facilitate the upkeep and repair of IT equipment at customer sites.

Act as the single point of contact for customer requests, queries, and needs related communications support of the customer mission.

Perform periodic inspections of information systems to validate operational status.

Interact with established and new customers to capture and validate mission requirements.

Conduct and document site survey data, develop project plans, and provide recommendations for implementation and delivery.

Development of concept of operations for Customers.

Provide end user and senior executive level training and other briefings.

Provide exercise support by observing procedures and providing assistance when required.

Interact with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (Telecommunications, Secure Comms, and System and Network Engineers, Business Management) to ensure customer requirements are properly developed and achieved.

Draft and update the following documents for government review: Inter-Service Support Agreement, funding memorandums, and other agreements in support of the mission.

Draft briefings and talking points for meetings with interagency participants, critical infrastructure protection, mission assurance, and defense support to civil authorities and other mission spaces.

Obtain photos, facility layouts, building floor plans, applicable drawings associated with site locations.

May be required to work beyond typical work times to include: On-Call, Recall and/or Standby.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent work experience

Requires travel (in the range of 0 - 25%) within the Continental United States

Security Clearance:

Must possess an active TS/SCI level clearance
