In this role, you will coordinate with office teams to gather data, develop reports, and deliver accurate data for operational and approval actions.This position will be hybrid with on-site work in Arlington, VA.Key Responsibilities:

Conducts analytical studies and reports project metrics and status to client, client leadership, and program leadership.

Serve as lead for the office-wide reporting support to include drafting emails for leadership to send to senior leadership for product approvals and awareness, daily reports and narratives for operational products and briefings, and identification and reports for operational priorities.

Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to provide value-added support to client work.

Support development of reports, project documents, and other program materials as needed.

Coordinate dissemination of information and reporting artifacts to key stakeholders.

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of workflow processes to support efforts to continuously improve reporting and data gathering.

Track key operational priorities, metrics, and deliverables and ensure accurate data and reporting to leadership and briefing calls.

Perform special projects and other duties as assigned and required.

Required Experience:

U.S. Citizenship required by government contract

Active high level clearance

Minimum of 2 years in a project management, project support, or project analysis capacity.

Minimum of 1 year supporting a Federal Client

Preferred Experience / Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year supporting a Federal Client

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelors degree or masters degree in a relevant field.

Strongly prefer Security clearance TS/SCI

Previous experience or work with cyber initiatives or general cyber knowledge.

Customer service orientation with interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Previous experience with cybersecurity consulting

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while demonstrating the initiative to complete projects with minimum supervision.
