DescriptionAmazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Enablement team to drive change and collaboration at a global scale. This high visibility role will develop programs and processes for a global audience while also owning execution of each initiative individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members.The role will support an industry field organization, where you will have an opportunity to combine a passion for problem solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.This role also leverages cross functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, in order to gain leverage, drive programs and business impact.AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.Key job responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by increasing industry knowledge. 5+ years combination of direct sales, sales operations, enablement, program management, or consulting experience with increasing influence and responsibility.

5+ years of program/project management experience, including leading complex initiatives with multiple inputs and multiple stakeholders in matrixed operational environments.

Prior experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Strategic thinker able to distill broad visions and concepts into actionable structured plans, execute and deliver benefits, and institute metrics to evaluate impact.

Must be comfortable understanding global business needs and positioning solutions with sales and business stakeholders across multiple functional domains (e.g., sales, technical, operations, marketing, etc).

Ability to assimilate to the team culture, and self-manage in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Demonstrated project ownership and consistent delivery on commitments.

Experience using sales or customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.com and various content/knowledge management systems.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Outlook and SharePoint)

High EQ, maturity, good judgment, and ability to earn trust.

The base pay for this position ranges from $70,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
