Attends as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies

Work in close cooperation with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst

Governs deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, Product Owner, and tech lead

Adheres and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

Gives a hand to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

Directs project planning

Sets schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

Sets out the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

Supports to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable

Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers

Facilitates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are timely, focused and brief

Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards

Combines info from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into ideas

Participate to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

Establishes detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion

Organizes and leads the sprint planning and grooming meetings and records ticket assignments

Aid the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

Confirm that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills

This position requires proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

Candidates who are flexible and focused will be preferred

Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong familiarity with Agile project management

Experience with JIRA

Proven knowledge of IT project management

PMP Certification experience

Salesforce Platform experience desired

Salesforce Lightning Platform experience

This position requires experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

Strong problem-solving skills

If you can demonstrate that you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, this position is for you

Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

Candidates with a Project Management (PMP) certification will be the best fit for this position.
