Position Title: Project/Business Analyst III Position Overview:The Project/Business Analyst III will play a vital role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of JCDC Planning Office initiatives. This position involves analyzing data and information from multiple sources to inform decision-making and ensure the successful execution of program objectives. The Project/Business Analyst III will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and provide actionable insights to drive program success.Key Responsibilities:· Conduct comprehensive analysis of data and information from various sources to support program planning and decision-making.· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.· Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient execution of program activities.· Assist in the identification and mitigation of program risks and issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.· Prepare and present reports, presentations, and briefings to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.· Support the development of business processes, procedures, and documentation to streamline program operations.· Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and working groups to gather input, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus.· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members as needed.· Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to program management and analysis.· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.Recommended Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.· Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification in business analysis or project management.· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field, with a focus on complex initiatives.· Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.· Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.· Knowledge of cybersecurity, government contracting, or related fields is a plus.· Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearances.
