As a key representative of our client, you will oversee contract compliance, safety protocols, and quality assurance, confirming that all project deliverables meet the stringent requirements set forth by our clients and regulatory bodies. With a Bachelor's degree and over 4 years of experience, you will lead project teams, coordinate with various stakeholders, and maintain detailed records of project progress.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Maintain professionalism in attire and communication at all times on-site and in meetingsRepresent the client in alignment with contract requirements and project deliverablesReview construction contracts and prepare a written testing scheduleAddress safety concerns and prepare inspection reports to a level acceptable to the GovernmentMaintain accurate and detailed written records of project progress during all stages of constructionAssist in preparing safety reports and conduct construction testingConduct labor interviews to verify correct worker classification and wagesPerform periodic site walks for quality assurance, safety compliance, and project trackingCoordinate client outage/shutdown procedures and advise on construction work issuesConfirm adherence to safety protocols and address contractor safety concernsInspect workmanship, materials, and equipment for contract conformityLead project teams, assign tasks, and hold team members accountableMaintain a list of defects and omissions and monitor the safety programNotify leadership of test failures and plan corrective actionsPerform punchlist oversight and participate in zero defect walkthroughsReview and approve project reports and serve as the direct point of contact for the owner
