If you are ready to help our clients and project teams succeed, we would love to meet you!Leverage your lean-agile experience and expertise to initiate and optimize scaled agile delivery engagements for IBM Public Service customers. You’ll advise government programs, government leadership, IBM leadership, and IBM practitioners/teams on lean-agile principles, practices, and methodologies. You’ll help customers transform their programs, coach/train development teams and key stakeholders, and improve continuous delivery practices.IBM is looking for an experienced Agile Coach / RTE to participate in a SAFe transformation for a major government program. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience as a servant leader who has coached multiple teams and multiple programs. The RTE will be responsible for identifying and launching ARTs, facilitating program/ART ceremonies, coaching all levels of the program, driving collaboration and alignment between teams and objectives, and relentlessly driving continuous improvement.
5+ years agile experience (Coach, RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)
10+ years software development/information technology experience.
2+ years federal project/program management experience.
SAFe SPC4 or RTE certification.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
3+ years federal government experience.
PMI-ACP, CSP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
