OVERVIEWTen Mile Square is looking for a talented senior DevOps Site Reliability Engineer who is passionate about creating sustainable and cost efficient cloud landscapes to join our growing team of professional DevOps consultants.Your initial assignment for this new position is to utilize your senior SRE/DevOps skillset to the successful formation of a new cloud SRE team and capability within a large financial services enterprise.The successful candidate will work with a highly skilled team of technology professionals while pushing new boundaries of cloud operations excellence.Compensation: (Base + Expected Incentive Pay at Plan): $155,250  ($135k + $20,250)
+ Company paid benefits (see below)JOB RESPONSIBILITIESActively participate in the standing up of an effective SRE capability for the cloud platform and services.Contribute expertise to shape efficient operations of a new SRE team.Provide hands-on implementation of automations, improvements, maintenance upgrades, and other cloud infrastructure initiatives and tasks as part of the SRE team.Provide expertise and hands-on scalable implementations for enterprise observabilityProvide recommendations, designs, and implementations for SLA/SLO objectivesIncident response and troubleshooting of production incidents. Develop and maintain runbooks
