RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sr. Advisor Application Developer in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities:
Manage problems/tasks/projects either by taking ownership of them and working them through completion and/or by leading others toward the same goal
Contribute to and assist with business area analysis and process redesign to meet organizational goals.
Identify, analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks related to systems and interfaces in a timely manner
Provide technical and/or functional application representation for projects
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of progressive database systems development experience utilizing a full SDLC
Full understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and architectures
3-6 years experience with Data Warehousing tools. (MS SQL Server and SSIS (C#) and T-SQL required)
1-3 years experience with report writing tools such as MS Reporting Services, BusinessObjects, and MS PowerBI
Experience with relational database design and development using MS SQL Server or other comparable RDBMS
Understanding of SQL tuning and performance and security
Extract, transform and load skills
Prior use of a change management tool (Git) is desired
Experience with AWS cloud technologies a plus
Agile development framework experience such as Scrum
