We are searching for an Account Manager to join POLITICO Pro. Our Account Managers are a part of the Account Management side of the POLITICO Pro sales team- focused on providing high-quality customer service while driving revenue through upsells and renewals. POLITICO Pro is POLITICO's subscription service that arms policy professionals with in-depth policy reporting and a portfolio of tools they need to get the job done.Who You Are:

What You'll Do:

Employ a results-oriented customer-service work ethic that renews a $2M+ contract pool to 90%+ renewal and 25%+ growth rates

Grow accounts and research organizations for additional opportunities for market saturation with our largest clients

Demonstrate a collaborative-based approach to working with product, editorial and new business teams to ensure an excellent client experience

Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Set the bar for professionalism in client-facing activities, e.g. in-person visits, calls, and web demonstrations.

What You'll Need:

B.A. / B.S. required.

3+ years experience in a sales, fund-raising or consulting environment with a track record of achieving required metrics.

Exposure to Salesforce.com or other CRMs used to manage pipeline and other sales lifecycle efforts.

Experience in a fast-paced environment and a firm understanding of the DC marketplace.
