We are hiring a Technologist responsible for developing planning, and implementation of technology governance, service management, process management, performance management, and change management functions. Develop a technology learning capacity program to enable the client to gain new technology skills and continuously surveil the marketplace innovations on technologies most impactful to job performance.In this role, you will be working with a technical and creative team to visualize the current state technology architecture and propose a target state. Perform and facilitate capability-based assessments on significant technological efforts including performing and prioritizing capability gaps and performing solution analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the future technological use within a cybersecurity-focused environment.This role is hybrid with an onsite requirement in Arlington, VA.Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage all project-related documentation.

Develop, document, and manage a process to manage cloud services licensing to monitor and maintain various licensing subscriptions and control costs.

Provide expertise in business process management to include process modeling, documentation, and analysis.

Executes process improvement and re-engineering projects, identifies, assigns, monitors key performance indicators, and assures office and/or enterprise alignment of processes.

Develop a data and analytics strategy requiring current state assessment, define the target state of new data and analytic capabilities, and develop a plan and assist with the incremental deployment of improvements to advance towards the target state.

Required Qualifications:

US Citizenship and Active Clearance (per government contract).

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of experience in writing/editing.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience reviewing and editing varied work products, including items written by other team members.

Experience in process automation, and technology development

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Teams, to produce consistent and uniform work product.

Preferred:

Ability to apply knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, policies and procedures within various communication modes.

Ability to collaborate with others, along with ability to take the initiative and work independently within a fast-paced environment; ability to take initiative.

Experience in the Federal government sector.

Proven customer-service orientation; excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
