You will join our Water Infrastructure & Climate Adaptation groupIn joining our team, you will be part of an internationally leading company within the area of climate resilience with professionals working in a collaborative environment in the areas of Climate Resilience and Cloudburst Planning; Flood Reduction and Risk Mitigation, including use of Blue-Green- infrastructure (BGI), Nature-Based-Solutions and other Protection Measures; Watershed Management Plans; and Integrated Infrastructure Planning and Design.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:The position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Provides technical, project delivery, and financial oversight/guidance to project team;Provides hydraulic and hydraulic practice area leadership and vision for staff;Finds opportunities for continual improvement in our business processes;Demonstrates ability to obtain repeat business from existing clients and performs as trusted client advisor;Coaches project team members to develop their project performance and technical skills, in collaboration with Division/People Managers;Proficient at developing project scope, schedule and budget, and assembling and managing project team/resources that are proficient in the technical aspects of the project.Leads or assists in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities within service lines, spearheads, sectors, key accounts and/or growth initiatives;Actively engaged in client development, cross market, cross service line/spearhead and/or cross geography collaboration;Directs or manages the development, planning, execution and provide quality assurance of medium to large hydraulic studies of varying complexities, focusing on drainage basins, watersheds, and stormwater systems;
