SALES: Assist retail and commercial customers in-store and electronically (phone/email)Drive new business by engaging with walk-in customers and recommending productsCoordinate orders and in-store pickups for commercial clientsMARKETING: Collaborate with Assistant Store Manager on social media content promoting products, sales, and eventsMaintain and organize store collateral and samplesAssist with quarterly merchandising and store layout updatesSupport store and community event executionSTORE OPERATIONS: Participate in daily store activities (register, sales, opening/closing)Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentLead team onboarding and training on product knowledge and sales techniquesAssist with inventory managementSHIPPING & RECEIVING:Manage inbound deliveries, including logging and distribution as neededADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform other tasks as assigned.
