Answer customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
Resolve issues by investigating and escalating as needed
Document customer interactions and resolutions in our system

Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
