BryceTech has an immediate opening for a analysis lead engineer support Space Development Agency (SDA) Proliferated Warfighter System Architecture (PWSA) Tranche development.  The analysis lead engineer spearheads Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development and analysis execution integrate efforts across the SDA enterprise for a specific mission area (i.e. Link-16, ground command and control, tactical user engagement, etc).  The candidate will provide technical input and advice to the Program Manager and/or technical director serve in a Analysis Lead Engineering role to support design reviews, integration of analysis results with real world test results, test procedures, and generate analysis results that evaluate the vendor’s solutions capability to meet PWSA architecture needs. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:Experience with satellite and ground segment systems Experience with modeling, simulation and analysis (MS&A) tools used for evaluating complex satellite and ground segment architecturesExperience verifying and/or validating requirements thru modeling, simulation or analysis that either augments or replaces development and/or operational testingApplies rigorous problem-solving skills to identify and respond to system gaps proactively.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Strong oral and written communication skills.Individuals will support various modeling, simulation and analysis, engineering, policy, planning, and program management of Defense space activities. Specific tasks may include:Leads performance analysis efforts for Enterprise using the toolsets developed by the M&S Lead Engineer and those available through the cells and relationships with other organizations.Establishing requirements based on warfighter inputVerifying Enterprise-level requirements through analysisValidating system performance based on the results of Developmental Testing and Operational TestingPerforming quick-turn analyses in support of external engagements and the Front OfficeProvide inputs and prioritization on needed updates to the M&S toolsetExperience in modeling one or more of the critical mission areas: Missile Warning/Missile Tracking/Missile Defense, end-to-end kill chains, and/or communications systems and networksAbility to manage a distributed team across multiple organizationsAbility to translate M&S results to actionable decision briefings to senior management
