The airline's primary customer base at Dulles is Business Class passengers. Candidates must be comfortable working with a diverse population and familiar with international travel requirements, including baggage and passport regulations. Punctuality is crucial, with an expectation to be at the off-site parking lot 45 minutes before the shift and accounting for a 30-minute shuttle ride to the terminal.
