Req ID: RQ185744Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Top Secret SCI + PolygraphPublic Trust/Other Required: NoneJob Family: Functional ExpertsSkills:Continuity of Operations (COOP),Emergency Management,Strategic PlanningExperience:8 + years of related experienceUS Citizenship Required:YesJob Description:Senior Test, Training and Exercise PlannerDevelop, maintain, and execute an NRO Continuity and Emergency Management Enterprise TT&E program that includes compliance with NRO, DoD, Federal directives, Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) requirements, employee outreach, and training events.Conduct Enterprise level planning and exercise activities supporting national-level exercises to ensure alignment of Continuity, EM, and TT&E plans and programs with DoD and IC partners.Develop a common approach to TT&E improvement planning. Review and produce after action reports/corrective action plans for tabletops, drills, and full scale exercises as well as real world crises, including nature-related or man-made events.Ensure lessons learned from TT&E and feedback is provided to the appropriate Working Group and tracked using the government directed system of record.Participate in and support the design and planning of the exercise scenario and the development of the Master Scenario Event Listing in coordination with the NRO Joint Exercise Steering Group and Joint Exercise Working Group.Maintain all necessary documentation for program oversight, i.e., program governance, Joint Training Plan, etc.Support OL EM/Continuity by assisting site personnel with planning and execution of site exercises.Plan, design and conduct an annual EM discussion based exercise and a functional exercise at Westfields that includes internal customer participants and outside first responders in accordance with the HSEEP.Plan, design, and conduct Continuity and EM training for the customer workforce.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science● Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience● Required Technical Skills: Homeland Security Exercise & Evaluation Program (HSEEP) Certification or eight (8)years of demonstrated experience leading government exercises in the DoD/IC as equivalent expertise.● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly● Required Skills and Abilities: Direct experience associated with mission assurance, continuity, emergency management, industrial control systems, TT&E, continuity of government, cyber security, and/or critical infrastructure protection● Location: On Customer SiteGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidaysThe likely salary range for this position is $123,250 - $166,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
