Apex Clean Energy is seeking an Associate Property Analyst who will assist the maintenance of an existing portfolio of land assets in support of the development, financing, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience that includes knowledge of real estate contract terms and conditions, as well as the ability to understand and interpret complex legal documents. Candidates must have strong communication and organizational skills and must be able to work with cross-functional teams of internal and external resources. Work is based in Charlottesville, VA.The Associate Property Analyst will work closely with Property Analysts to learn cross-functional team interactions including across Development, Legal, Finance, GIS, Asset Management, and external stakeholders to support land administration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
