Responsible for all aspects of execution and provides a single point of contact for operations of a large contract with geo-graphically dispersed elements directly supporting Army and joint operations. Supervises the production of all-source intelligence analysis and must have experience managing large and complex projects. Must be knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Biometric Collection Cycle, watchlisting, all applicable regulations, publications, manuals and local policies and procedures, theaters of operation, knowledge of the deployment cycle and process and intelligence analytical techniques including Identity Intelligence analysis. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. May serve as the primary or assistant technical and management interface for the company and customer. Responsible for the preparation of and accountability for contract deliverables. Responsible for assisting in the technical leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary staff.QualificationsRequired:

Clearance: Top Secret/SCI

Bachelor's degree with 17 years of experience or a Master's degree with 12 years of experience.

At least 4 years experience in a supervisory capacity

Demonstrated understanding of evaluating intelligence reporting, engaging with collection managers and developing collection requirements

Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal to no oversight

Demonstrated ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommended solutions.

Demonstrated experience leading a large team across multiple locations

Desired:

Deep understanding of NGIC and DIA reporting standards

Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written

The time allocation for these duties will vary based on patient census and acuity, as well as administrative workload.
