About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):11The Role: Sr. Project Manager, Salesforce Tools & TechnologyThe Team: Tools & Technology supports the Sales & Marketing division of Market Intelligence, enabling the business to achieve efficiencies, optimization, and customer satisfaction through technology enablement and enhancement projects.The Impact: You will be responsible for the project management of strategic initiatives and programs related to sales and marketing technology and processes that drive S&P Global Market Intelligence’s organizational success. You will be involved in all aspects of strategic initiative project management including participating in defining requirements, initiative planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, assigning work, driving to completion, communicating progress and measuring impact. You will own many aspects of the projects directly and be responsible for their timely and successful completion.Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Own sales and marketing technology project plans for initiatives in your portfolio.

Assemble and lead teams of subject matter experts to define requirements and build results.

Own discovery, design, implementation and go to market for the projects in your portfolio including coordination with stakeholders and technical counterparts.

Represent the business and coordinate with partners from other functional teams (Marketing, Legal, Product, HR, Finance, etc.) to drive multi-functional planning and execution

Anticipate, mitigate and remove obstacles to project progress and maintain high levels of quality and performance

Provide status reports of overall project health

Manage daily activities, planning and scheduling meetings

Manage and control changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Build, maintain and manage project documentation

Communicate regularly about progress and risks

What We’re Looking For:

Must have previous experience with Salesforce implementation

3+ years’ experience in a related project management, technology, commercial field, or similar role

Experience organizing and influencing multiple stakeholders as part of multi-functional projects

Experience project managing software development projects under an Agile framework preferred

Demonstrated success translating business objectives into detailed, actionable technology requirements.

Presentation skills (public speaking, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions and seniority levels)

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferred experience with SmartSheet and Salesforce

PMP certification preferred

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
