Position Overview:
We're searching for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our operations team on a seasonal part-time hourly basis. This role is central to our company's success, demanding attention to detail, a hands-on approach, and a strong focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure product quality is maintained at the highest standard – strong attention to detail and ability to be very neat
Prepare and pack treat kits in our commercial kitchen – most will be dry goods (flours, chocolate chips, baking supplies, frosting)
Handle and organize ingredients and finished products
Assemble and pack boxes for shipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
A genuine passion for product quality and positive customer experience.
Experience in commercial kitchens, with preference for those who have worked in bakeries
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stay on one’s feet for prolonged periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
Additional Information:
This position is strictly on-site; however, we value work-life balance and are willing to offer flexible hours for the right candidate
Experience in a bakery (cookie baking) or a similar setting will significantly strengthen your application
Pay is $15-20/hr depending on experience.
