Position: In-Person Personal Assistant
Location: Dunlora
Schedule: 3 days a week (some weekend availability may be needed by request)
About the Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you will support me a busy CEO and mother of two young children with various organizational and household tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on assistance and managing household logistics. We are not looking for a babysitter or a nanny, but rather someone with great organizational skills and ideally previous assistant experience. You'll be an essential helping hand, creating more time and space in the household for me!
Responsibilities:
Household Organization: Assist with organizing and decluttering spaces throughout the house, including children's toys and clothing.
Errands and Tasks: Drop off items at donation centers or the dump, pick up items as needed, and run various household errands.
Inventory and Supplies Management: Track household supplies and notify when it’s time to restock.
Kid-Friendly Support: Help maintain an organized and child-friendly space by rotating toys, clothing, and supplies as needed.
Light Admin Assistance: Assist with simple admin or scheduling tasks that may come up.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role or any relevant organizing/assistant background.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and take initiative on tasks.
Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable with a dynamic household and young children.
