Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the retail industry at our location. The role of a Customer Service/Alarm Coordinator is crucial to our team. This role involves reaching out to customers for updating information and handling customer inquiries. A strong command over Excel functions and detail-oriented communication skills are essential for this position.Responsibilities: Act as a primary contact point for customers, answering their queries and addressing their concerns Maintain up-to-date customer information by calling and obtaining the necessary updates on licenses Coordinate and monitor customer accounts, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date Use Excel for various administrative tasks and maintaining records Handle mailroom duties, including scanning and managing daily mail Coordinate with courier services for any related tasks Ensure a high level of detail orientation and excellent phone presence in all customer interactions.
