Experience in design, operation, maintenance or testing of HM&E Systems; working knowledge of Navy data systems and knowledge of Navy practices and procedures for establishing and maintaining equipment Maintenance/Operation procedures.Experience in the operation, repair, and maintenance of naval or marine hull, mechanical, or electrical systems is highly desired, including:

Experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, diagrams, or other mechanical technical data pertaining to the construction and operation of naval hull, mechanical, and electrical equipment.

Shipboard experience required.

US Citizenship is required for this position

Security Clearance (Secret preferred) is required for this position

Travel (within and outside of the continental United States) Maybe required for 20% of the time

Must be able to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes up to 75 lbs.

Able to work on and climb ladders, work in extreme temperature environments, aboard ships, in shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces.
