Be the change, lead our change - join us!HOW BI MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Serve as team lead for small BI solutions team; provide guidance and mentorship to analytics team staff.

Collaborate with team members to develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and other products as required.

Provide ad hoc analysis as needed and work with data providers and ETL developers to normalize data and ensure data integrity.

Develop and maintain data governance and documentation including user manuals; provide training assistance as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelors degree or higher

8+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization , ETL functions and data modeling

Hands-on expert experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Power BI and Cognos

Candidate must have resided in the U.S. at least 3 out of the last 5 years

Candidate must be able to obtain a CMS Public Trust.

DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Experience with IBM Case Management System (ICM) or Camunda workflow engines a plus

Previous experience with fraud detection with the CMS Center for Program Integrity (CPI)
