This role is a unique blend of product management and solutions architecture, designed to leverage extensive Salesforce expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will guide the transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption. This position will remotely support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) activities for the Premium Stabilization Program (PSP). Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this roleIn this role, a typical day will include:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the Salesforce migration project from Classic to Lightning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Solutions Architecture: Design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to empower end-users and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaboration and Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to influence CRM strategy and ensure seamless integration across departments.
Decision-Making Authority: Exercise decision-making authority in CRM-related matters, providing strategic direction and oversight.
Innovation and Experimentation: Encourage and implement new ideas and technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities and drive business growth.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Master's degree + 13 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in Salesforce administration, solutions architecture, and product management.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and public speaking.
Ability to take initiative and work autonomously, while also collaborating effectively with others.
Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
