Talent Acquisition Technology ManagerThe USTT Digital and Analytics team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.We're looking for a seasoned HR technology professional to support the Digital & Analytics team with the management of Deloitte's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Avature. This individual will need to demonstrate strong technology operations management, product backlog management, and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple groups including talent acquisition, technology, and vendor teams/leadership to govern and deliver system enhancements and releases. This role also requires extensive acquisition process and ATS technology experience, preferably with Avature.Recruiting for this role ends on November 21st, 2024.Work you'll doAs the Talent Acquisition Technology Manager, you will:

Manage Technology Operations: Oversee the Avature product backlog to stabilize operations and drive system enhancements.

Collaborate for Efficiency: Work with IT Services and vendors to expedite backlog work.

Support System Integration: Partner with Global Technology to integrate the Avature CRM system with the ATS.

Ensure Project Success: Keep project teams/vendors on task, manage weekly technical and vendor release calls.

Oversee Change Control:

Prioritize, scope, and schedule internal configuration and development.

Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to prioritize vendor changes and enhancements.

Manage deadlines and delivery schedules.

Quality Assurance: Oversee test planning and user acceptance testing with business teams.

Risk Management: Implement effective quality, risk, and issue management processes.

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with IT Services and Global Talent, managing Talent Acquisition stakeholder expectations.

Communication: Regularly exchange complex information with individuals at all levels.

Technology Landscape Insight: Understand the broader Talent technology landscape to advise on system changes.

Problem Solving: Identify issues, present solutions, and determine the best course of action through analysis and input gathering.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of system administrators, providing guidance on technical support, issue resolution, and legal/compliance matters.

Mentorship: Mentor system administrators, acting as an escalation point for the team and Talent stakeholders.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience leading ATS implementations or enhancements from concept to deployment and/or operational experience managing a large complex ATA, including technical aspects of support

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Ability to travel 0-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

Avature experience / Avature certification

Subject matter experience with talent acquisition processes, additional experience with other Talent process areas

Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, employee relations and other HR-related compliance matters

Knowledge of the professional services industry

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
