Specializing in Classic Upscale American Fare with an Italian twist, we are a new establishment eager to build a kitchen team that values excellence and the well-being of both employees and customers alike. What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: $16.5-$18.75 per hour, based on experience.
Sign-On Bonus: $300, payable after 90 days.
Benefits: Enjoyable meals on duty, generous employee discounts, and an optional 401k plan with a 3% match (vesting after 3 months).
Work-Life Balance: Operating Tuesday to Saturday with Sundays and Mondays off. Shifts typically run from 12pm/1pm to 9:30-10:30pm, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.
About You:
You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen setting or relevant culinary training.
You're capable of handling both prep and line duties with efficiency and care.
You're a team player who values cleanliness and organization, ensuring your workspace is impeccable at the end of the night.
You're eager to contribute to a culture of excellence, recognizing the importance of your role in the broader team and the experience of our guests.
