Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares a variety of food items in a variety of other kitchen equipment
Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
Perform portion control and minimize waste.
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, ovens, and refrigeration equipment.
Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assists others in closing the kitchen.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.
Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
Server Responsibilities and Duties:
Take and process Guests orders in a timely fashion
Memorize menu for fast and accurate orders and customer service
Keep all dining areas and drink prep areas clean and orderly
Manage large groups quickly and efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking
Handle Guest complaints/requests quickly
Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Must be able to work effectively with a team.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Must be organized and self-motivated
Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
