Job DescriptionThe Sr. Delivery Mgr. (DM) is responsible for influencing and facilitation of delivery of cross functional initiatives across Technology teams, product teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and consultants in the full life-cycle of the initiative or agile practices as necessary. This role will manage multiple product teams and/or large, complex projects through discovery to delivery. This will include participating in the budgeting and resourcing process, overseeing Agile and/or waterfall ceremonies, development, and delivery. The DM will also have direct responsibility for scheduling meetings, producing status updates and reporting out on post-production and team metrics, if applicable. The Sr. Delivery Mgr. is responsible for guiding project and / or product team members, removing obstacles, gaining consensus from the project team and stakeholders, and providing positive and developmental feedback to team members direct managers. The DM proactively seeks to improve processes, procedures, tools, and methodology.
