Description: This Desktop/IT Support position within Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations supports the Lockheed Martin International Information Technology Services (IITS) group as a Computer Systems Analyst. This position has multiple responsibilities which stretch across IT disciplines in support of International offices.The primary focus of the role is to provide exemplary desktop and mobility support to Internationally based employees/offices, and domain-based devices for employees located in the US or employees traveling to the US. The analyst will work alongside the Domain Desktop and Mobility SME and will provide support to the International Regional Support Analysts and LM Business Areas (BAs). The analyst should have ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. The analyst should be able to work outside the first shift hours as required. The analyst should be a quick learner with the ability to work independently on assignmentsPrimary duties include: Desktop and Mobility device imaging, testing, setup, rollout, preparing support procedures; shipping, export control documentation and asset tracking. Remote desktop and mobility support to internationally based employees and offices; Monitor the International Global Service Now Queue and tracks work as appropriate in Service Central system.General Technologies supported by this position include: Desktop PCs, Workstations, Laptops, Printers and other peripherals. Networking devices and other infrastructure components such as firewalls and Wireless technologies. Mobility devices such as iPhones, iPads, tablets Audio/visual systems such as projectors and teleconferencing equipment Other electronic devices as requiredBasic Qualifications:Experience providing exemplary support for interfacing with leadership and their staff.Outstanding customer service skills.Outstanding analytical skills, problem solving skills.Significant Desktop support experience with Windows OS (Windows 7 and Windows 10).Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2007 through 2016 suites, including Microsoft Outlook (2007 through 2016). Excellent and effective teaming skills.Experience operating and maintaining existing HW/SW configurations Knowledge of Internet browsersExperience supporting IT equipment including but not limited to: Desktop PCs, Workstations and Laptops.Printers and other peripherals. Networking devices and other infrastructure components such as firewalls and Wireless technologies). Mobility devices such as iPhones, iPads, tablets Audio/visual systems such as projectors and teleconferencing equipment Other electronic devices as required. Speak, write and read Spanish.Desired Skills: Knowledge of supporting INTL domain users and remote offices around the globe.Experience with remote desktop support.Experience with Enterprise AirWatch and iOS device management.Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi networks; EWLAN/MWLAN. Experience with Service Central and incident management. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot network and desktop issues. Appropriate Microsoft & Cisco Certifications or ability to demonstrate skills.A sound understanding of the International Shared Network, INTL domain, and security constraints working with customers in multiple countries, including data sensitive countries. Demonstrated experience in writing technical procedures and documentation; SOIs and KMRs.An understanding of Lockheed Martin export control requirements and ability to support devices where US Export-Controlled data may be present. HP & Dell HW Certified Experience with Juniper Small Office Firewall Solutions An understanding of networking fundamentals Familiarity with Lockheed Martin policies and procedures. Significant experience interfacing with customers, IT management, and vendors; effectively representing the IT support organization. Experience researching and supporting new and emerging technologies. Ability to work a flexible work schedule and support 24/7 on call schedule as needed.
