As a Principal Test Engineer at ATPCO (3Victors), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our data analytics and software products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design, implement, and execute test plans, focusing on automated testing to maintain the highest quality standards. Your work will directly impact the performance and accuracy of our systems, contributing to the overall success of our products and services. Overview Strategic Test Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies that align with business goals and technical requirements. Automation Oversight: Lead the enhancement of automation frameworks, ensuring robust test coverage and efficiency in the CI/CD pipeline. Performance & Scalability Leadership: Drive performance testing initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimizations for large-scale data systems. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to advocate for best practices in quality assurance and testing. Mentorship & Development: Provide mentorship to engineering teams, sharing knowledge and fostering skill development in testing methodologies. Quality Advocacy: Champion quality initiatives across the organization, influencing product development practices and enhancing overall system reliability. Key Responsibilities Automation Strategy & Framework Development Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks for web, API, and backend systems. Define and implement the overall automation testing strategy, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives. Research and integrate cutting-edge testing tools and technologies to improve automation efficiency and test coverage. Establish and enforce best practices for automation testing, including coding standards, test design patterns, and continuous testing practices. Test Planning & Execution: Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to define test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for new and existing features. Drive shift-left testing initiatives by integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines and supporting early defect detection. Execute and analyze automated test results, providing actionable feedback to development teams and stakeholders. Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth implementation of automated testing solutions. Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress, test coverage, defect metrics, and overall product quality. Performance & Security Testing: Develop automated performance, load, and stress testing frameworks to validate system scalability and reliability. Integrate security testing tools into the automation pipeline to identify vulnerabilities early in the development process. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness.Technical Skills: Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks for web, API and back-end systems.  Strong programming skills in languages like Java and Python with a focus on writing clean and maintainable code. Experience with AWS CI/CD tools Proficiency in version control systems like Git and experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA. Preferred Skills and Experience: Knowledge and 5+ years of experience working in the AWS platform. Knowledge of AI/ML-driven testing tools or techniques is a plus. 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4 years focused on test automation. Experience in a Principal, Lead, or Senior Engineer role overseeing large-scale automation initiatives.  Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in test automation and quality engineering. Salary Range: $127,300 - 153,000 USD
