This position requires a detail oriented person who is comfortable in a fast paced sales and Channel environment. This position's responsibilities will include Channel, sales and operations support and will work closely with both the Enterprise Applications sales team, Corporate Sales Operations team as well as the Oracle Partner and Channel management teams. Analytical mindset with ability to analyze discounts, QA quote data and manage customer facing terms and conditions documentation. Manage partner ordering document drafting and review of documents drafted by the partner for accuracy. Interface with Order Management to ensure complete and error free order processing with Oracle. Interface with Finance/Collections, working all customer facing issues. Interface with Contracts/Legal to work through customer facing issues. Manage non-standard approval creation and review. · Review special deal types (Migrations, ULAs, Expansions, etc.) for errors and possible improvements· Reviewing and approving all Enterprise licensing deals before quotes are sent to the customer to minimize risk to DLT· Submitting License Migration, Assignment and Customer 2 Cloud requests to Oracle Channel team and reviewing returning quotes with rep· Acting as liaison between DLT and Oracle Partner and Channels team· Developing and maintaining new processes to improve processes and reduce risk· Reviewing approval requests· Building carts in the Oracle Partner Store and submitting associated POD and approval requests to Oracle· Review order packages before sales submits them to OM· Answering questions about Oracle licensing and subscriptions· Discussing opportunity strategy with sales representatives and managers· Assisting with opp creation in SMaRT· Maintaining the EA Documents page on the VauDLT· Assisting EA team leadership with sales data· Other job related duties as assigned
Education: Bachelor's Degree
3+ years relevant work experience
Experience driving quality assurance and managing risk
Ability to efficiently manage task and able to prioritize
Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically expertise in MS Excel
Ability to learn internal tools and resources
Ability to listen and comprehend issues
Ability to analyze and make decisions
Experienced negotiator
Oracle Channel management experience
