Do you feel passionate about designing and building secure facilities using structured project management methodologies?This team is looking for an experienced Program Management professional to lead cross functional teams to drive the planning, design and construction activities of secure office spaces to support the US Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) communities. This role requires someone with strong relationship building skills who will work with stakeholders on strategic planning/projects within Region Services organization. Some examples of project work may include support of delivering new or expanding current ADC RMF facilities.The Technical Program Manager works across various organizations to define project scope, solutions, develop project schedules, phased deliverables, key milestones and evaluate risks. You will bring project management, critical infrastructure, operations, networking, process improvement, critical thinking and risk management skills to this position.You must be comfortable managing remove project delivery teams, and possess the ability to facilitate technical discussions to troubleshoot project management issues and remove barriers to project success.The ideal candidate is exceptionally analytical and has a continuous improvement mindset. They have program management skill sets and a strong communicator (verbally and written) to collaborate to solve cross-organization challenges creatively.This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen.Key job responsibilities

3+ years of technical product or program management experience

3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

2+ years of software development experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects; able to distill data and articulate rationale for making difficult trade-offs and prioritizations

Demonstrated knowledge of technical program management and engineering best practices

Experience with cross-organizational communication to both technical- and non-technical audiences from engineers to directors

Proven experience in managing medium-sized enterprise projects, gathering and communicating technical requirements

The base pay for this position ranges from $101,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market.
