Description: - We are seeking a senior training Systems Engineer to develop innovative training solutions by managing development & execution projects and conducting training both internally and for our external customers.- Individual will manage their assigned training projects, utilizing the Agile methodology to create effective teams, foster stakeholder collaboration, and establish and carry out efficient development plans in order to meet objectives.- Manage projects acting as the product owner or scrum master, track project status & provide labor reports, and support new business proposals.- Develop training project Front End Analysis (FEA), Training Gap Analysis, Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), and provide recommendations required to support development and execution.- Provide technical liaison between OEM product development engineers and all stakeholders.- Coordinate training events and conduct training when required.- Design and improve training programs using innovative instructional systems, technology, and a collaborative approach to development.- Ensure a continuous improvement mindset to enhance development processes, drive efficiency, and improve quality. US Citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:- Project Management experience- Experience with DOD training programs and organizations, and management experience related to training product integration, execution, and evaluation.- 10+ years experienced in the employment of the Aegis Combat System supporting Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) environments.-Demonstrated ability to build and present training program briefings and content for senior US and FMS Government and Navy leadership.-Experience directly related to the employment of the Combat System, IAMD tactical and technical application, mission planning, and training systems.-Agile Scrum master certification or the ability to complete certification within 60 days of employment. US Citizenship is required.
