Utilize legal software such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), and Case Management Software to facilitate work processes. Oversee all billing functions to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Manage the office calendar, coordinating appointments and meetings. Administer claims and provide necessary support in claim-related issues. Foster strong client relations, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues. Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Use CompuLaw for legal calendar management and deadline tracking.Requirements Legal Assistant applicants must possess proficiency in Aderant software, as it is crucial for our daily operations. Mastery of Adobe Acrobat is required for creating, editing, and managing PDF documents. Familiarity with the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) is essential for this role. Applicants must have experience in using Case Management Software to efficiently manage and track legal cases. Knowledge of CompuLaw is a requisite for this job, as it is often used for managing deadlines in our firm. The ability to handle Billing Functions effectively is required, as it is an integral part of our administrative tasks. Applicants must be adept at Calendar Management, ensuring that all appointments, deadlines, and other important dates are well-organized. Experience in Claim Administration is mandatory, as it involves handling and processing legal claims. Strong Client Relations skills are required, as maintaining a positive relationship with our clients is key to our firm's success. Excellent Communication skills are essential for this role to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and court officials.
