Work closely with essential partners to create initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and performance.
Provide support to the GFAC Operations team members with project/program plans and rollouts to site facilities teams.
Ensure team members adhere to the project/program business process.
Receive and review requests for modifications/changes, ensuring proper approval.
Deliver ongoing training support.
Develop tools/reports to enable program governance review.
Conduct data and site audits to ensure compliance with programs, with documented audit reports of findings and actions to correct non-compliance issues.
Provide technical advice and support to overcome challenges and roadblocks in project planning and execution.
Requirements
Excellent analytical and good decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
Exceptional teamwork and collaboration with other groups, both internally and externally.
Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional and multi-cultural groups within and outside facilities.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and lead teams to meet challenging deadlines and goals.
Track record of continuously improving systems and processes.
Ability to foster strong relationships with cross-functional and multi-cultural groups.
Focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Project/Program Management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
