Description: You will be supporting the Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) team in the design, integration, and testing of submarine combat systems at our LM Manassas VA site as the SWFTS Collaboration Environment (SCE) Lead. The SWFTS SE&I team facilitates System of Systems (SoS) feature development and integration and frequent SoS testing/feedback to SWFTS subsystems to ensure that NAVSEA provides a robust combat system to the Submarine Force. As the SCE Lead you will be involved in SoS tools development, training, integration, evolution, and fostering a good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.#RMSC6ISRBasic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Demonstrated systems engineering and integration/test experience Ability to lead the development of new SoS tools capabilities from design through integration and implementation. Experience with working on teams in a geographically dispersed and virtual environment Qualified candidates must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
