Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Client Support Representative to join our team in McLean, Virginia. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our operations in the industry, handling a variety of responsibilities from generating quotes to scheduling meetings with clients.Responsibilities: Generate quotes for clients based on their requirements Draft and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Handle crucial paperwork such as reps and certs, maintaining organization and detail-orientation Schedule meetings with clients on behalf of the Account Manager, facilitating effective communication Conduct customer service follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns Assist with customer service engagements, providing valuable support and assistance Work closely with assigned Account Manager(s), fostering a cooperative and productive working relationship Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks, demonstrating proficiency and efficiency. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in a customer support role or similar customer-facing role. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or software related to customer service. Ability to work well in a team as well as independently. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Higher education or relevant certifications would be a plus.
